The participants discussed the concrete observations and difficulties encountering them in raising telegrams of the accidents, what is happening in it according to the risks, and the delay in its arrival, as well as the difficulty of the telex system, so they suggested the presence of the fax.
3- With regard to "telecommunications". the Meeting discussed all the matters related to the telecommunications, considering it as the most important organs of assistance, and the difficulties they face and finding the appropriate solutions.

Summary of the conference:
Aware of the General Directorate of Civil Defense to the importance of holding conferences for employees of the body and the relevant authorities to keep abreast of developments and changes emerging from the world and starting from the responsibility of the civil defense, it was decided if Allah wills to establish the number twenty one conference of the civil defense during the period of 24-25/1/1428 under the banner of (civil defense and the future: strategic vision) and this is to discuss several issues related to the work and services provided by Civil Defense and its role in society. And we all hope that all efforts be crowned with success in the conference and achieve the desired wants.
