Electronic Participation Policy

The General Directorate of Civil Defense places great importance on electronic participation, as it enables the beneficiary to submit suggestions and share their opinions on topics that fall under the Directorate's tasks. It also ensured the privacy and confidentiality of the beneficiary's information through the “Gareeb" service, which can be accessed through the website or the Madani application. The Directorate works to follow up on all participations, review them, and interact with them, in compliance with the relevant official laws, while ensuring freedom of participation and providing all beneficiaries with the opportunity to communicate their views and suggestions to officials through the “Gareeb" service.

The Directorate reserves the right to publish, edit, or remove any participation it deems to conflict with its policy or the laws in force in Saudi Arabia regarding interaction and participation with official websites, without prior notice or obligation.

Purpose of The Policy

As part of its commitment to include participants in decision-making, the General Directorate of Civil Defense allows visitors to its website and all social media platforms to submit constructive suggestions, relevant information, and objective opinions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, based on its belief in the importance of beneficiary participation and listening to their opinions and ideas that serve all current and future projects and initiatives adopted by the Directorate.
