     The Hajj Command and Control Center monitors civil defense forces' field performance indicators to ensure their work throughout integrated operational plans. the center works day and night during Tashreeq days to provide accurate and sustained monitoring of Hajj camps, in order to ensure the effectiveness of safety and fire protection systems, and to monitor civil defense teams deployed in Mina and Makkah.

     This is achieved by developing performance indicators and adopting advanced technologies at the Center, which is supervised by trained personnel monitoring and supervising all civil defense operations, in addition to integrating with all relevant authorities to ensure pilgrims safety and protection. ​
