The General Directorate of Civil Defense participated in MOI's "Ezz Al-Watan" Event celebrating the 95th National Day, in partnership with the General Entertainment Authority GEA, in Banban District, Riyadh.
The Civil Defense pavilion showcased old and new equipment, including a swift intervention motorbike used in firefighting in narrow and crowded areas, and a hazmat drone specialized in detecting hazardous materials and monitoring radioactive and chemical materials. The pavilion also provided the visitors with a VR simulation of a fire to identify the best ways of dealing with accidents and review the proper use of fire extinguishers.
