Major General Dr. Hamoud bin Sulaiman Al-Faraj, the Director General of Civil Defense, attended the annual meeting for Civil Defense personnel participating in this year's Hajj season (1447 AH) held at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah.
Major General Dr. Hamoud Al-Faraj emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts across all locations and ensuring rapid response and effective handling of various emergency situations in the Holy Sites.
He pointed out that the Kingdom's wise leadership has provided all the necessary resources and capabilities, enabling all agencies to perform their duties with the utmost efficiency in serving pilgrims.
The Director General of Civil Defense also highlighted the importance of continuing efforts to strengthen the safety and protection system in the Holy Sites, while enhancing coordination and integration among field teams and relevant authorities.
