Civil Defense Honors Volunteers Participating in Hajj 1447 Operations

The General Directorate of Civil Defense held a recognition ceremony to honor volunteers who participated in its operations during the 1447 Hajj season. The event, held at the King Abdulaziz Historical Hall at Umm Al-Qura University in the Makkah Region, was attended by Major General Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Dabbah, the Commander of Civil Defense Forces for Hajj.
During the ceremony, Major General Al-Dabbah expressed his sincere gratitude to the volunteers for their exceptional contributions in supporting Civil Defense operations throughout this year's Hajj season. Their efforts encompassed various aspects, such as assisting in evacuation and rescue operations, conducting preventive safety awareness activities, providing guidance and direction services, and proactively addressing potential risks.
He praised the volunteers' commitment and dedication, highlighting their important role in supporting Civil Defense efforts and contributing to the safety and well-being of pilgrims during Hajj.
