Director General of Civil Defense Maj. Gen. Dr. Hamoud Al-Faraj received at the directorate's headquarters in Riyadh the Head of St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia Bogdan Gavkalyuk. 
During the meeting, they discussed topics of mutual interest and ways to enhance cooperation in civil defense, training and qualification.
