The General Directorate of Civil Defense and "Elm" signed an MoU on the sidelines of LEAP 2026 to enhance cooperation in digital transformation, emerging digital research, AI technologies, and the exchange of expertise and knowledge.
The MoU signing was attended by Director General of Civil Defense Major General Dr. Hamoud bin Sulaiman Al-Faraj and "Elm" CEO Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Omair.
The MoU aims to develop technical solutions and applications related to Civil Defense operations, leverage the expertise and capabilities of both parties, enhance the efficiency of operations and services, promote innovation and digital practices, and support digital transformation objectives.
