HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz the Governor of Al-Qassim Region received the Retired Major General Abdul Rahman Al-Saleh. As well as he received Brigadier General Mohammad Abu Abah to designates him as a director of Civil Defense in the region. He praised to the efforts of Civil Defense men and their role in preserving of people’s lives and their property.
