The Director General of Civil Defence, Lieutenant-General Suleiman Abdalllah Al-Amr, as part of the National Strategy for Digital Transformation, has launched an advanced version of the General Directorate website. The modified version aims to connect the internal web portal with the external one using sophisticated technology of web design to improve user experience and apply the web standards. Also, several services and applications have been added to meet the needs of the beneficiaries such as (safety licensing service, safety violation inquiry service, and volunteering Platform).​
